HOW TO MAKE AN AGRICULTURE DRONE FOR SPRAYING MEDICINE QUICK AND SAVE TIME.
INTRODUCTION
This is a type of heavy lifting & agriculture drone spraying drone. This drone lift heavy weight like 5 liter, 6 liter 10 liter water tank etc. there we making 5 liter drones because this is a budget build..
Components used

There we use 5010 size 750 KV disk brushless motor. This
motor produces high torque. So we can use bigger propeller on this motor to
heavy thrust.

There we use 40A esc because this motor draws heavy current
when motor run load condition. But some were use normal 30 amp esc this time
when the motor run heavy load then the 30 amp esc nor carry heavy current the
the esc heated and burn out. And the drone crashed.

So we recommended 40A or more amp esc .there is main role here is the battery and flight controller. We recommended the battery is 4cell lipo or 6 cell lipo (when you use 6 cell lipo you use 6cell supported esc. there we use 4 cell battery and 2-6 cell D-short esc. The 3 cell battery not efficient power supply the disk motor so we can use 4 cell lipo to increase voltage and power 3 cell battery voltages is – 11.1 v & 4 cell lipo voltages is – 14.8 volt. You can choose any kind of MAH (mile ampere per hour) there we use 8000mah to increase flight time. You choose lower MAH on your budget to less than flight time to 8000MAH.

And second main role is the flight controller to stable fly
and perfect fly. There we make quad copter so we use pixhawk 2.4.8 32 bit
flight controller with gps.the pixhawk flight controller is budget flight
controller. This is open source flight controller and easy to programming
through mission planner software.

Fream
There we use strong and heavy weight lift & agriculture drone spraying able fream. Like tarot quad copter carbon fiber fream. Because the carbon fiber is light weight and strong material.

So there we make a fream at low budget using 20 mm aluminum
square pipe and PVC sheet.

nosel the pump out let connected to
spray nosel the spray nosel fix on down ward because when spray medicine fall
down ward. And the motor inlet pile connected to the storage tank.

Transmitter and receiver
There we can use 6 channel fly sky fs i6x transmitter with 6
channel receiver

We need 6 channel transmitter receivers because their use 5
channel like 4 channels is used to control the drone and channel 5 used to
trigger the spray pump.

MAKING THE DRONE (CONNECTIONS)
Fist we fix the 4 motor on drone fream arm. Then fix esc and connected the esc 3 wires to motor 3 wires.You always remember that the motor rotation 1 clock wise and 2 clockwise. You can follow the picture.

When all motor rotating same direction you can interchange
the esc two wires to rotate the motor backward direction.
Then placed flight controller shook absorber. This shock
absorber absorbed all vibration on the motor. And protect the flight controller
from vibration. Then placed the flight controller on the shock absorber.
Then connect properly
positive terminal and negative terminal of the esc to the power distribution
board .the power distribution board connected to out let of the power module of
the flight controller the power module (PM) is sense the voltage of the battery
and current flows and send these data on the flight controller. In case the
battery is low then pm sense the voltage and send the data to flight controller
then the flight controller buzzer on and land the drone. If you set the rtl
(return to lunch) the drone track the gps and come to the takeoff position and
land.
Then power module in let wire is connected to battery.
Now we connect the motor signal wire on flight controller
there we show the image segment. Motor 1 is connected channel out number 1 of
flight controller. And 2, 3&4 no motor connected to 2, 3, 4 pin to the
flight controller. And the recover ppm pin connected to RC in pin on the flight
controller

And install the m8n gps module properly and connect the jack
1 is gps port and there is i2c Port. And connect the pm data wire in pm port on
flight controller. Fix the battery on the drone fream down side using battery
strip.
Now we fix the spray mechanism on the landing gear position. A PVC sheet placed on the down side of the landing gear. The bldc high presser motor paced on this platform on front side. And the 5 l tank placed on back side of motor. You measure the weight of 5 l tank and the motor and it placed on center of the drone. We mean the loaded tank and motor weight centered on drone. Because when the all weight is centered on drone body then the drone fly perfectly and stable. The motor signal wire connected to aux 1 port to the flight controller. And program it the transmitter channel 5 is set on toggle switch and wright the command then we check it properly works or not. When the switch is on then the motor is on. Now you can spray medicine. Now we can make it autonomous drone to connect the telemetry module.

The telemetry module has 2
part 1 is ground module and 2 is air module. The air module is placed on the
drone and connects its cable in telemetry 1 port on flight controller. And
program it again. The ground module is connected to laptops and mobile phone
through OTG. And open this app and wright the mission and upload it then the
drone fly to the mission you instructed. It fly self without manual controlled
there is not using transmitter.
So you draw the map on the mobile and upload it the drone
follows these drawing lines you draw. Now this drone is fully autonomous.
