INTRODUCTION

There we discuss about how to create high pressure water jet using difference type of compressor pump motor. This high pressure water used for some places like garage industries and garden. This pressure washer use to wash car in garage, and some machines wash in industries or spray water in plants on garden.

Working principal of pressure washer

Basically this pressure washer was two main parts like (i) is motor or fuel engine, & part (ii) is pump. There is used the motor to produce mechanical rotating energy to electrical energy. Otherwise any type of fuel engine uses to convert heat energy to rotating energy. The pump is connected to engine shaft or motor shaft.

Pump

This pump work as liner motion of piston like reciprocating pump. Like the piston move up and down (TDC TO BDC). And this rotating energy connected to pump shaft and the shaft is a crank shaft on the motor and this piston connected to this crank shaft. This rotation energy converts to liner up and down motion of piston. Normal portable pump has 3 pistons. This piston is placed on a type of segment like. One piston connected in two one way valves. One valve is connected to forward to suck the water and one valve connected to reverse to throw the water. Like this

 When the piston move back word side then the forward valve is open and water is suck on the piston cylinder and this time reverse valve is off .and when complete the suctions then the piston move forward then the water on cylinder is compress and the forward valve is off and reverse valve is open and the pressure water is thrower on outlet pipe. This type of process is work in all piston on different time. Because when water suck and throw the piston. The suction time the outlet pipes not throw the water because the piston because to suck the water. so there was use 3 piston .when 1 piston is suck the water this particular same time other piston throw the water on outlet pipe. And when other piston sucks the water then the first piston is throw the water. This type of system provides a liner or continuations eater flows without any distraction.

The 3 or more piston move different motion on different time we use a wobble plate. The wobble plate is a circular disc this disc is planted on ball bearing. And this plate is connected to motor shaft. This plate is rotate to wobble motion and the piston is connected throw spring. And the piston is up and down motion is wobbling. This motion provides to and throws motion on the piston. This is called wobble plate pump because the energy transfers through the wobble plate from motor to piston.

The second type of pump is connected a type of disc like wobble disk. So this is not a wobble disk this disk is called a circular disk this this fix a particular angle on the motor shaft. This pump was two motions one is rotating motion and two is to and fro motion.

This pump provides an advantage. The advantage is we can control the pressure using the adjust the angle the circular disc on rotating the pump. And we can increase or decrease the pressure of the water. We cannot adjust the pressure on wobble plate pump. This fetcher is not available on this pump.

Third type of pump is Triplex plunger pump

This pump has one crank shaft or 3 pistons this crank shaft is connected to 3 pistons and this crankshaft provide power on different timing on the piston. Like bike or car engine. The crank shaft is the timing road this road is provide the to and fro motion. This type of machines was basic parts and low cast maintenance and long life. This type of pressure washer provides the high pressure water and high throw rate. This washer is 90 % efficient.
