Introduction

1. Quad
copter frame:
You can make
this frame to use the very light weight aluminum channel and PVC sheet.
Remember that the frame weight is also less than 500 grams. Otherwise you buy a
quad copter glass fiber or PVC frame. This frame is easily got in online and
offline robotics shop.
2. Flight
controller:
This is the
main parts of the drone, as you can called also this is the brain of the drone
.the drone fully controlled by self through use this device like = balancing,
rotating, navigating, direction changing, auto landing, auto return, etc …..
Balancing:
the drone balance by self through gyroscope sencer, the sencer implant in the
flight controller.
Rotating:
the drone rotate by self to using gyroscope and compass Direction changing: the drone changes the direction to using electromagnetic sencer (compass).
Auto
landing: the drone auto land to use height measurement sencer barometer to
measure atmosphere pressure and get lock the height.
Auto return:
the drone fly anywhere when we command auto return to home then the drone lock
the location place when it takeoff .the drone use gas to lock the location to
takeoff place. And the drone follows the path to return this particular
location and land around 1 meter circle area.
3. Motors:
You need
bldc motors (brushless dc motors) this motor is very high efficient than other
motors. Basically these motor works in 3 phase delta supply. you can use 2212 size motor
The rating of the motor is you can use to
1000kv. The kV rating is mean when the supply 1volt to the motor ,the motor rpm
is 1000 so when you provide the 12 v supply than the motor will run 12000 rpm .(this pic show the motor is 1400 kv)
4. ESC (Electronic
speed controller):
To make a rc quad copter at home.This is the
most important part of the drone. This controller controls the motor rpm when
drone fly. This controller is one type of converter because this controller
consumes dc current from the battery and converts 3 phase delta ac current
output to the bldc motor. And the pwm signal wire connected to the flight
controller the flight controller decide the which motor rpm is why .then the
signal, output to the flight controller. (The 4 motors connected to the 4 esc
and 4 esc signal wire connected to the flight controller). you can use 30 amp esc and higher rating .
5. Battery:
To make a rc quad copter at home .The battery
is the most important to the drone fly. You choose the lithium polymer battery
(lipo). The lipo battery many types. 1s, 2s, 3s, and 4s etc……
1s is the
single layer battery; the voltage of the battery is -3.7 v
2s is the 2
layer battery; the voltage of the battery is -7.4 v
3s is the 3
layer battery; the voltage of the battery is -11.1 v
4s is the 4
layer battery; the voltage of the battery is -14.8 v
This type of
drone you can use 3 s lipo batteries and use the mah (mille ampere hours)
5000mah. You can also use higher mah battery for long time backup period.
6. Lipo
battery charger:
You also buy
best quality lipo charger, we recommended b6 balance charger .this charger the
5000 mah and above mah battery support to charge easy and safely. These
chargers charge the battery individually 1 by 1 cell. All display the powers
consume by the battery charging time, and the lipo battery 3 cell voltage is same.
This charger is also providing over charging, over heat and battery damage protection.
7.
Transmitter:

command provide to the drone. Normally it’s called remote of the drone. You can
also buy a high quality and long range remote it’s very costly, so I
recommended you use 5 channel transmitters.

module:

9. Telemetry:
The
telemetry is the one type of data transfer system it has 2 part one is ground
module and other is air module.
The ground
module is attaching with computer and mobile though otg.
The air module transfers the drone flying all
data on your computer through ground module. Like altitude of drone flying,
location of the drone in Google map, wind speed, direction path and speed of
movement of the drone. you also control the drone through this device.

Avoidance system:

is avoided any kind of object when flying drone .like you flying drone suddenly
the drone move to near the tree then the drone will be crash but when you
attach this system then the drone ignore the tree and move other path and drone
is safely fly.
11. Camera
system:

attach the camera to the drone the you need some transmitter receivers and
stabilization.
I) camera:
You can also
use drone fpv camera or neither can you use best quality action camera like
(gopro). Remember which cameras you choose the camera has been present the
output video signal port.
II) Fpv
transmitter & receiver:
This device
is used to transmit the captured video signal to the receiver. The transmitter
is placed on the drone body and receiver is connecter to your TV or any monitor
.then you can view live video of the flying drone.
III) Drone 2
axis gamble:
The gamble
is the camera holding device. Then drone is flying then much interference like
vibration etc disturbed the stable videos so this time the gamble filter and
absorbed the vibration from the drone and your camera is stable to capture
video and your video quality is too high.
11. propeller :
you can use 1045 propeller . this propeller is 2 types 1 is carbon nylon and other carbon fiber you choose any one . the propeller 1045 mines 10 inch length to the propeller and 4.5 inch pitch.
