BEFORE INSTALL THE COIL YOU UNDERSTAND THE COIL IMPLEMENT DIAGRAM THEN YOU IMPLEMENT THE COIL

2. HOW TO MAKE A WINDING OF HIGH SPEED FAN 1440 RPM

 FIRST YOU NEED SOME COMPONENTS LIKE 

   1. PVC INSULATOR(FILM PAPER), 2. AMPERE SLEEVES NO-0,NO-3, 3. COPPER WIRE- 35 SWG ,4. VIRNESH , 5.SOME PVC WIRE , 6.COTTON TAPE ,

3.STARTING COIL

You need 6 coil set ,14 inch round shape and each 14 inch coil turn is 160 because  160*3=480 turns for 1 slot

then you make 6 coil set this type total coil weight is 120 grams

4.RUNNING COIL

 

You need 6 coil set ,15 inch round shape and each 15 inch coil turn is 180 because  180*3=540 turns for 1 slot

then you make 6 coil set this type.total coil weight is 130 grams 

total weight of using copper wire is= 245 grams

INSTALLING STARTING COIL

first you fix the stator in your branch vice then you cut out the PVC insulator (film paper) measuring the starting slots.

after cutting the film paper its fold out and install the starting slots,coil pitch is 1:4.

then you start winding taken the starting coil and install the all 14 inch copper wine on the 1:4 coil pitch after installation 

                              

then again this extra coil one more round and install again and again extra more coil again one round and install this slots total 

                             

3 round ( 160*3=480 turn ).using this process you can finish the all 6 starting coil installation care fully because when 

installing the copper wire in the slots the copper wire touch the iron slots then the enamel of the copper wire is remove and

future when you used this fan this particular place there remove the insulation is shorted on the body and the fan will be very heat

and burned the coil.so be careful when installing the coil. after installing the starting coil you secure the starting coil with cotton

tape and sewing with cotton yarn tightly.

                                  

INSTALLING RUNNING COIL

after installing starting coil you measure the running slots and cut and fold the film paper.install the foldable film paper 

on the running slots using 1:4 pitch segment. then you take one pic of 15 inch running copper wine and put the first running slots

using 1:4 pitch segment and extra wire again round  and put in the slots and again extra wire you again one more round & put in 

the slots. this process using all running coil you put on the running slots and then the all coil of running is secure with cotton 

tape and sewing with cotton yarn tightly.

                                    

                                        

INSTALLING CONNECTING WIRE

                                         

                                                

You measure the stator shaft and cut out 2 set of 2 different colour wire ( 2 black wire and 2 red wire.the measurement of the 4 wire 

is 10 inches). install it through the shaft hole when you install it you connect the black wire to starting coil and red wire running

coil before connecte the coil wire to connecting wire you put on the ampere sleeves on the 4 wire for insulating the connection joint.

INSULATING PROCESS

you insulate all of the coil using varnish.you soaked in varnish of all coil.and dry it upto 5 hours of scorching sun light.

TESTING PROCESS

You can test the insulation fault tsing 100 watt series bulb connection .

then you set the front cover and back cover to the fan .

CONNECTION TO CAPACITOR AND MAIN LINE

You connect between any 2 wire 1 black or 1 red ,then you connect other black wire in capacitor one wire and capacitor other wire connected with 

other red wire. this joint is connected on main line phase wire and other black and red wire joint is connected to the neutral wire .and the other

wire joint of black and capacitor wire is secure with pvc tape 

         and get ready to run the fan
